Global Human Resources leader and executive with more than 28 years of experience in the strategic management of human capital and organizational evolution through talent development.

She has led multicultural teams across North America and Europe within Fortune 500 automotive corporations, driving people-centered cultures focused on innovation and operational excellence.

Her career spans the implementation of global HR strategies, organizational development, business expansion, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs.

Recognized for her strategic vision, resilience, and inspiring leadership oriented toward sustainable results.

Octavio Solis

Specialist in Labor Relations and Union Negotiations

He is an expert in labor relations with more than 30 years of experience in Mexico and Latin America. His approach focuses on fostering effective dialogue that ensures organizational stability.

Throughout his career, he has led negotiations that promote business growth and has played a key role in building strong relationships between employees and unions, transforming workplaces into collaborative environments. His comprehensive perspective enables the implementation of practical solutions that balance the needs of all stakeholders.

As a trainer and consultant, Octavio develops effective strategies for training leaders and managers, helping them strengthen teamwork, resolve conflicts constructively, and establish long-lasting and meaningful labor relationships.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations from the Instituto Tecnológico de San Luis Potosí and diplomas in Leadership and Human Resources Management and in Organizational Development, both from ITESM.

His mission is to facilitate the creation of healthier and more productive work environments.
